Je höher der Score, desto stärker die kulturelle Passung. Bedenken Sie aber bitte, dass viele andere Faktoren eine Rolle bei Personalentscheidungen spielen. Der Cultural Fit Score allein ist kein KO-Kriterium.

The Cultural Fit Evalueator helps you to assess yourself how well you fit with the organizational culture of DEBA GmbH. This Tool provides a valuable support for you and the employer in making a decision wheather working togeher or not.
The degree of fit between you and the culture of an employer influences how comfortable you will feel there. How motivated you will be and how easy it is for you to become successful.

The matching is done in three parts of analysis. You will see different statements and will be asked to give your opinion on them. Sometimes statements are repeated. This is intentional and not a malfunction or a test of your attention.
